Diploma Programme

While any course may be taken on a stand-alone basis, the IATA Training & Development Institute encourages participants to select a programme leading to an IATA diploma. It is not necessary to decide at the outset to commit to a diploma programme. However, the earlier such a commitment is made, the sooner the IATA Training & Development Institute management team can work with an individual to help further his or her professional development.


The first step towards a Diploma:

When completing the classroom registration form, please indicate the Diploma you wish to complete in the appropriate sections. This will indicate to us that you are interested in obtaining a Diploma. We can then work with you to help you further your studies.

How to obtain your Diploma:

A Diploma will be awarded by IATA to those who successfully complete four courses within  a three-year period. Candidates must send a copy of all four IATA Certificates of Completion to the following address:

Upon receipt of this proof of completion, we will issue an IATA Diploma (you may wish to consult the list of Diplomas to determine whether you have fulfilled the requirements).

NOTE: The same elective course cannot be applied to more than 1 Diploma.
